Why AEHP Was Founded

AEHP was founded by Dr. Kay Eloi from a belief that has shaped her work as an educator, mentor, and leader: human potential should never be limited by a lack of opportunity, guidance, or someone willing to see what a person can become.

Across education, healthcare, leadership, and community service, Dr. Eloi saw talented people working to move forward without access to the mentorship, knowledge, relationships, and opportunities that often determine who gets to advance. AEHP was created to help close that gap.

At the heart of the organization is a simple philosophy: people should be given the opportunity to develop, and those who have gained knowledge, experience, and access have a responsibility to help create pathways for others.

Today, that philosophy guides AEHP's work in education, mentorship, leadership development, behavioral health, research, innovation, workforce development, and community partnership.
