Katie Watson is a Medical Assisting Program Director and Instructor at ECPI University,  dedicated to the intersection of academic growth and instructional excellence. She has an extensive career established in administrative and clinical practice driven by organizational strategy. Her focus is on making complex medical concepts accessible through innovative, streamlined study systems, designed to bridge the gap between complex medical information and long-term student retention. Her academic foundation includes an Associate of Applied Science with a focus in Medical Assisting, Bachelor of Science with a focus in Healthcare Administration, and Master of Science in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership, complemented by numerous healthcare certifications. She is excited to continue to build and bring this learning perspective to you.
