Jennifer Barber is a U.S. Navy veteran with 11 years of service and a soon-to-be ECPI University graduate, earning her B.S. in Healthcare Administration next spring. She’s driven to advance health equity for underrepresented minorities and vulnerable populations, with a particular interest in compliance, regulatory excellence, and holistic health. A committed mentor to young adults and children, Jennifer blends mission-focused leadership with compassion, aiming to build safer, more culturally responsive care systems. She’s also a proud mom of three daughters, ages 5, 4, and 2.
