Our January 2026 member spotlight is  Amber Cooper.  Amber is a Navy Veteran leveraging over 10 years of service of proven experience in administrative management, operations and customer service. Reputable and long-standing professional background working in government and the public sector. Possesses a comprehensive background in customer service, budget management, communications, compliance, documentation, and leadership. Highly adaptable and proactive, recognized by leaders for efficiency, work ethic and streamlining processes. Ability to meet deadlines and work with a high level of multicultural awareness and adaptability.
